I had a clear idea in my head of what I wanted, so I sat down and picked out the leather and thread color myself. I was a little nervous wondering if it would look the same in person, but when it arrived, it was exactly what I had pictured. It felt like something made just for me, and I really loved how the custom options brought it all together.

The box was nice, I did like that part, but the wrapping felt kind of plain to me. Not bad exactly, just a little simple it was

I remember noticing right away how clean and simple these bags looked. They have that classy feel without being too flashy or like they’re trying too hard. From what I can tell, the leather and the shape just come together really nicely, and it left a good impression on me.

After dealing with so many orders and services that make everything feel like a hassle, this was a nice change. The leather work is really solid, the stitching feels sturdy, and the edges are clean. It did take a little breaking in and it’s not absolutely perfect, but you can tell someone actually put care into making it.

It’s definitely not cheap, but i feel like it was worth the money. The leather feels really solid, and it literally looks better the more I use it. I’m happy with it and feel like I got what I paid for.

I’ve been carrying my Frank Clegg bag to work and on a few short trips, it’s almost suspicious how easy it is to live with. The handles feel great in my hand and don’t dig in at all, which makes me wonder why so many other bags seem designed by people who have clearly never carried one.

Even with my laptop, charger, notebook, and the usual random little things I convince myself I need, it still sits really nicely on my shoulder. It doesn’t puff up or feel bulky either, like some secret bag-engineering council actually got together and solved the problem.

It feels sturdy without being stiff, which is exactly what I wanted. I’m not saying this bag is part of some quiet plot to ruin every other bag for me, but it kind of has. Five stars from me

It came quicker than I thought, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was neat too, so I think other customers would probably be happy with how fast and well-packed everything is

I really do like the bag overall—the leather feels nice and it looks great in person. But am I wrong for expecting the hardware to feel a bit better at this price? The zipper can be kind of stiff sometimes, and one of the clips just doesn’t feel as sturdy as I thought it would. Nothing has actually broken, so it’s still totally usable, but it doesn’t feel as premium as I was hoping. I just expected the metal parts to feel a little more solid

I was able to find what I needed without too much trouble, and the layout is generally okay. The filters did feel a little confusing at times, though, so I think that part could be cleaned up a bit to make browsing easier.

i mean, I’ve had my leather bag for a few weeks now, and the stitching is really nice. Most of it looks clean, tight, and well done, and it definitely feels like it’s going to hold up with regular use.

I did spot one small area near the handle where the stitch line is a little uneven. It’s not something that jumps out right away, but I noticed it when I was looking at the bag more closely.
